About PMMA LUDIP
The Project
The Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) recognized the need to tap the technical expertise of BioDev, Inc. for the preparation of the Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) in compliance with Republic Act 11396 or the “SUCs Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) Act”, which requires all State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) to submit a LUDIP that will detail their development plans within two years of its effectivity.
The LUDIP includes the 1) Campus Land Use Plan; 2) Campus Master Development Plan and Investment Program; and 3) Site Development Plan.
Location
From an administrative standpoint, the PMMA site is located in Barangay Patrocinio, within the Municipality of San Narciso, Province of Zambales, Region 3 – Central Luzon. It is bounded on the north, east and south by San Miguel Naval Station, and on the west by the West Philippine Sea.
