About 75%, or 672 households, stated that they needed improved toilet facilities, while 25%, or 229 households claimed they do not need one.

The most common reason provided as to why households use unimproved toilet facilities is the lack of available space for toilets. The pareto chart below shows that 80% of the problem on the lack of access to basic sanitation can be attributed to the 20% key problems, which are 1) No available space; 2) High costs; and 3) Sharing with neighbor.
